How do I return goods or cancel an order?

We hope you will be happy with your order, but if you need to return any items please include full order details, wrap securely and send to our central European warehouse at:

We will exchange or refund as appropriate.

You have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days of receipt without giving a reason, please just contact our offices with your order details - this is subject to all items being unworn, unwashed and in fully resaleable condition. Goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are liable for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Faulty or incorrect items should be returned within a reasonable time, and we will gladly refund or replace, including any carriage charges.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage for all packages, as AJ Horseriding Gbr cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If posting from overseas it is helpful to mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid any possible delays with Customs.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
